A good slogan should serve two purposes for a brand: (1) Articulate its edge clearly; (2) Attach to it exclusively.

 

As a mall, we believe ever new offerings of shops, tastes and promotions are what attract shoppers. As a slogan, ‘The Town is Ever New’ for New Town Plaza can never be taken away and forgotten

MIX & MATCH OF SHOPPING

Given a special name of WTC More (with ‘More’ replaces 'Mall'), the slogan we conceived aims to deepen and visualize meaning of the ‘More’. 1+1=More’ tells how WTC is more. There is always something additional via crossover of shopping elements.

 

The slogan is open for elaboration: Fashion + Music = More; Cuisine + Luxury = More; Gadget + Style = More.

INTRODUCE A MALL AS A FAIRY TALE

It is a brochure to introduce a shopping mall project. Since it is situated at the Tai Tak Development Zone, which is full of potential and future facilities, we picture the shopping spot as a 'Wonderland'. All copy of the brochure is written as a story book. Despite the mandatory hard fact about the property, shopping elements and sales lead, everything is presented in the tone of a fairy tale.

RADIAL BUSINESS ANALYSIS
The mall is situated at San Po Kong (next to Tai Tak). It's a challenge to sell because the site is full of potential, but not yet a prome commercial district. We delve into the present and future of the district and its peripheral, and then deduce a '4-directional' advantages with the mall at the center. The edges are presented with vivid description and statistical support.

BROADBAND SERVICE
Speed and stability is critical to a broadband service, in which Netvigator always excel. The quality is especially obvious during online gaming. It is a prologue of a game magazine Netvigator produced. Objective of the writing is to reiterate the strength of Netvigator, while making it relevant and intriguing to gamers. It is reflected in a special tone and angle to introduce a broadband service.
