Kina Grannis

Kina Kasuya Grannis is an American guitarist and singer-songwriter. Grannis was the winner of the Doritos Crash the Super Bowl contest.[1] As a result of winning, she earned a recording contract with Interscope Records and had her music video played during the commercials of Super Bowl XLII on February 3, 2008. She won Best Web-Born Artist at the 2011 MTV O Music Awards.

Kina's sophomore album – Elements – written entirely by Kina and produced by Matt Hales (Aqualung), marks an undeniable maturity in songwriting and artistry and documents a period of growth and change in Kina's personal life, complete with an honesty and a vulnerability that she's excited to share with her fans.
