To publicize somthing thru the cluttered communication crowd, we will forge our subject into a focused message and visual in a concise space, to maximize the impact.
VALTINE'S DAY PDA
02 Dec 2015
In Chinese, ‘hanging / 掛住’ means affectionately missing someone. On this pun, a wall hung with objects, is the idea for a Valentine’s Day promotion.
Moreover, the person is so in love that everything he/she sees is in ‘heart’ shape. Love just fills his/her mind.
The tagline reads ‘Love is Always on My Mind, on V. Day & Everyday’. That’s the true meaning of the romantic festival.
BEAUTY AT FINGERTIP
02 Dec 2015
We are to promote a precinct dedicated to beauty and cosmetic brands.
The message is that all beauty brands and products converge to one point for shoppers’ convenience. It is articulated thru the tagline: ‘All Beauties at Your Fingertip / 「妍點」美麗 ’.
The design literally illustrates the idea. The layout is composed of a pretty face and red lips in a minimal manner, so as to portray the touch of beauty brands advertising.
IMAX CINEMA OPENING
02 Dec 2015
To dramatize the impact of a next-gen cinema equipped with powerful audio visual effects, we create an image with different movie characters surrounding a cinema seat. They are so close and so intense.
Those characters are representative enough to cover wide genres of movie.
The tagline reads ‘Pop Up Movie’. The movie is so real like popping out, because the surround sound and 3D images surge from the silver screen with power.
PHOTOS OF MEMORY EXHIBITION
02 Dec 2015
It is a photo exhibition with a theme of shared memories.
Thinking of ‘storytelling’, we come up with story book as the key subject. To tell stories thru camera, we simply combine a camera with a book. To bring a touch of memories to the design, a nostalgic camera is chosen.
The tagline is ‘Snap / Story’, which simply and clearly tells all about the exhibition.

ANNIVERSARY LUCK DRAW
There's going to be a luck draw to celebrate the 35th anniversary. The design is a birthday cake, in the shape of a gift to illustrate the theme of the promotion.
It concisely presents both messages in one visual. Besides, it is an invitation to customers to share a slice of the joy.
‘心賞(想)事成‘ is a common birthday wish. We twist it to make it relevant to the promotion.
BOOK-CUT SCULPTURE EXHIBITION
02 Dec 2015
When tasked to promote an exhibition of sculptures made from books, we make our own sculpture with imagination in a poster.
We imagine the sculpture as a living story: a rabbit bounds up from a page and blows a sculpture from his trumpet.
The tagline is ‘Book Cut Imaginations’. The poster is to inspire audience to add their own colors, characters and stories while watching the sculptures.

FLYING MUSICIAN CONCERT
This Ad titled ‘Strike a Chord in the Cloud / 天空之弦’, is for a concert by a team of stuntmen/musicians, hung from ceiling of the hall, playing electric guitar.
To visualize the idea, we imagine the sky as a guitar, playing in the cloud. The metaphor of ‘sky’ dramatizes the hanging setup.
Besides, notion of music from the sky vividly articulates beauty of the music.

TRAVEL STREET
This Ad is to promote a zone of travel agencies.
The idea is to depict the zone as a ‘street of travel’, which is a one-stop entrance to excitements around the world. As the tagline says, visitors can go ‘Around the World in 5 mins’.
In the design, the street of travel is actually visualized as an avenue packed with worldwide landmarks at both sides.

SEASONAL LIGHT SHOW
Every season ICC (International Commerce Centre HK) will put up a light show on the LED exterior of the building.
The beautiful Victoria Harbor view with ICC at the center is the mandatory element for our design. Our task is to touch up the scene with an imaginative atmosphere, plus corresponding decorative graphics to fit the particular seasonal themes.

INVERTED SANTA HOUSE
It is a promotion for a Xmas decoration, which is an inverted house bringing some illusive fun to visitors.
To make it even funnier, we imagine the house as a face of Santa Claus in the Ad. It also reinforces the festive theme.
On top of the basic structure of the house, a bicycle, ornament, chair and snow are purposefully placed to realize the resemblance of a Santa face.
